The Bio 

​

     PadonSings is a Neo Soul and R&B artist based in Humble, Texas, celebrated for his sophisticated yet playful style that blends Electronic, Jazz, R&B, and Soul music. Inspired by legends like Jamie Foxx, Musiq Soulchild, Tank, and Dwele, PadonSings crafts music that speaks to the heart, with themes of love and connection at its core.

 

     PadonSings began his music journey in high school with the boy group Futures Promise, performing locally in Houston. In 2008, he was recruited by Mathew Knowles’ management team and designated to join the band Mason Road, where he gained valuable insight into the music industry. By 2010, he became the bass player for Hybrid Soulz and later joined the band of award-winning R&B artist Kristal Cherelle. Alongside these achievements, PadonSings has served as a lifelong Music Director and musician for Strait Life Ministries, also known as Changing Lifestyles Ministries, dedicating his talents to uplifting and inspiring through music.

 

      As an independent artist, PadonSings has made his mark with notable releases, including his debut EP Love Vibes in 2020, followed by his first full album U, Only You. His 2021 single, “Antidote,” led to a globally ranked interview with Atlanta-based Neo Soul podcaster DJ Marq of On the Marq Radio Show.

In 2024, PadonSings released his third EP, Love Vibes Too, and the summer hit album Love Daze, solidifying his position as a rising star in the R&B scene. He also earned the Broadway Achievement Award for Music Direction and Orchestration for the play Super Freak: Because Rick James. Additionally, he was named Artist of the Week by Urban Influencers, with his music streamed in over 50 countries and featured in media outlets like Bold Journey, Canva Rebel, Voyage Houston, and Shoutout HTX.

     

      In 2025, PadonSings continued to expand his creative portfolio, being nominated as an Honorary Award Winner for the Nexus Film Festival. He served as Music Director for The Beauty Box play, which was awarded at the Black Film Festival Awards. PadonSings also produced music scores for the Amazon film Lessons and works closely with One Set Productions, contributing his expertise in music scores and direction.

 

    A true musical virtuoso, PadonSings is a multi-instrumentalist who plays trumpet, bass, lead guitar, drums, keyboard, and organ. His versatility and passion for music shine through in every performance and production. PadonSings performs locally with Blaque Vinyls, collaborates with other artists like Seanise on reggae singles like “Steady Love,” and works as a musician for hire. He also offers weekday availability to hold recording sessions for future clients, providing a personalized and professional experience.
